Indian tabloid with conspiracy theory about slowed Russian convoy in Ukraine. Instead of utilizing higher quality western tires with regular driving use, Russian military utilizes cheaper Chinese tires and their vehicles sit dormant. They supposedly are performing poorly in muddy conditions during warmer weather as a result.

Interesting that the tires are now the problem as many of these vehicles and troops in this convoy are coming from Belarus where they had been participating in what was has been described as the largest military exercise since the Cold War.
Not sure how the vehicles got to Belarus but if they came over the road seems the tire issue would have become a problem well before these guys got into Ukraine.

My guess - they are holding off hoping for Ukraine to give up as Russia ramps up their bombardment of Kyiv. Russian munition aren't so smart and guessing they don't wont to get nailed by friendly fire or even a bigger if as to why they're not advancing they're not sure about Putin using WMD's and want to be outside of a 10 mile radius.

Russia holds a massive military exercise with Belarus, raising concerns in Ukraine
"The buildup of troops along the borders is psychological pressure from our neighbors," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. Belarus is a possible route for Russian troops to invade Ukraine.
