won't happen. he will be lucky if he can find an attorney who will take the case. When I won my court battle against the US Army, the US Army Board of Corrections refused to recognize the judge's order and not one news media outlet from coast to coast would call our family back to follow up on the stary that they so hatefully printed when the US Army decided to print false facts about me. Why my non fiction, names named book "An Era of Dishonor: the true story of Fort Benning Officer Candidate School class of 01-06 Alpha Company" will be published after I retire so they can not black list me and hurt our family more because of what they refuse to take accountability for. It is already written. Been written for 10 years now.

Stuff like this makes my blood boil. I hope the school and parents of the attackers don’t have one penny left when this is done.

It really is too bad that more people do not feel the way you do. If they did, the people that have had to deal with such things, like myself, would be less jaded and more optimistic. I lost my career because a female lied on a sworn statement. An order that was not able to be followed was given. No investigation was done. That female continued on with her career even though she was slated to be recycled, and I lost mine. And I would not have had to write my book "An Era of Dishonor: the true story of Fort Benning Officer Candidate School class 01-06 Alpha Company." If more people felt the way you do, I would have had help fixing this and more outrage at what took place. If more people felt like you do, the US Army Board of Corrections would not dare ignore a judge's order or refuse to FIX WHAT THEY SCREWED UP for FIFTEEN (15) CONSECUTIVE YEARS. If more people felt like you do, Senators and Representatives would not dare to refuse to put forth a private bill to correct an injustice.

CPT (Join to see) - We all have to do what we can when we can. I wish you luck in your journey. I know what you feel like. I was denied promotion 2 times in state service for them to promote minorities. It was so raw one of the people who got the position actually apologized to me. Another time I lost a position I held because they needed it for another minority. I was told sorry Bernie; we are putting you in permits because we need your position. I countered with a request to work in one of our Bridge Squads because I have a degree in structural design. They accepted and that's what started me designing bridges. A lot of frustration and anger is all I got. At the end of the day, I can't complain. I had a good career that many would envy.

SFC (Join to see) I wish I had been given a chance to have a promotion denied, or to learn a useful skill, or to even get a recycle. My degree is in Arts in Liberal Studies. B.A.I.L.S ( at least that is what they called it back in 99. The US Army owes me everything I signed for in my contract, as I fulfilled my part of it by completing the OCS program.

This is commonplace, it seems (as suggested by the article).
