Much of the services received depends on the VA hospital available to you. Many are really good. Many are very poor. My VA hospital is "okay" but the remote clinic I use is outstanding.

I've had a great experience with 2 VA hospitals and one remote clinic and a pretty lousy experience with another VA Hospital. Guess it depends on the quality of the leadership at the facilities.
