This whole situation is like a bad episode of Law and Order when the DA regularly went over his authority in charging people with quasi crimes. We look at what happened on January 6th, and then we look at all the money that pours into BLM with all the rioting, burning, looting, and worse actions they did, and we begin to understand they is no equal justice under the law in the United States anymore. These are sad days for our Country.

See that is part of the problem. The riots with BLM and what happened on January 6th are two totally separate and WAY different things. Yes, the riots destroyed property, etc. and those that caused the damage should have been charged.
Those that attacked the Capital tried to overturn the Government and all should have been shot that day! And those that weren’t should all be charged with sedition not just petty trespassing BS charges. And all those that incited and helped coordinate the January 6th event, trump and his hemorrhoids in Congress and elsewhere should all be executed!

SGT Tim. Wilson - That is where we disagree my friend. Most of the people at the Capitol on Jan 6th I believe were just trying to make a statement. The BLM Leadership are self-professed Marxists whose intent is the downfall of our government.

I'm not sure why there's any concerns about violating the 13th, 14th, or 15th Amendments. It shouldn't even be a topic of conversation. Biden, very recently, said "no right is absolute".
