If you look at some of Biden's campaign speeches he basically promised to crush U.S. oil companies. Looks like he is keeping his promise.

When people were voting they didn't realize they were voting to destroy their economy. It's amazing Russia and China push wind and solar power while they corner the market on the minerals required for it if it does work (it doesn't). At the same time, they are building coal plants and drilling for oil, and advocating Green Energy in the United States! It's the Biden Administration that is the puppet or Russia and China. I wonder if Biden's policy would be the same if his family didn't take all that money from Russia and China?

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - All you have to do is google and go back and listen, he said repeatedly over several speeches he would go after U.S. oil companies even made the comment if necessary he would put them in jail.
