How many Timothy McVeigh's constitute a problem? 100? 50?
I think finding one before some disaster happens warrants keeping a sharp eye out.

LTC David Brown - If I recall the history, McVeigh was known as an extremist while in service.

MSG Stan Hutchison - we have geniuses like the Unibomber, Ted Kaczynski, Or Theodore Bundy, etc who are evil geniuses, elite schools looking mental misfits? We had gang signs all over Iraq and Afghanistan, are they looking for gang members?
