Self-reporting based on "dozens" of interviews... Later says "more than 30"... so roughly 31-38 people interviewed from a military of ~ 2.1 Million. But hey, if they are telling you what you want to hear, why question it, right? The report did say that in 2021 they found "less than 100 instances", so lets say 90... Three times as many as were interviewed for this piece.

So perhaps it is like what was quoted in this article - "They always say the numbers are small, and because of that, it is not a priority," Carter Smith, a 30-year Army criminal investigator, told The New York Times in 2019. "So every year they get a report based on what they were never looking for."

Overall this report is just an example of how Fox keeps its sheep in line.
