Well...it ran its course and they made a decision. I may not agree with it but it is done. He has got to go. He probably didn't help his case when he was removed for “He has already been removed from his former command — including for reasons of poor judgment and abuse of authority, which justified the removal independent of his refusal to be vaccinated.” He was on his way out anyway and it looks like he was grasping for straws.
