I wonder if the Clinton campaign and Fusion GPS have a legitimate legal case for claiming Lawyer client privilege in this case. Seems to me they are grasping at straws. If client and lawyer conspire to commit a crime I believe lawyer client privilege no longer apply. If Sussmann was giving knowingly false information to the FBI and federal officials is that a crime? We know Sussmann lied to the FBI.

I think they are grasping. And Sussman is worried that he'll end up committing suicide, Epstein-style.

It always appears the Clintons are the last people standing. They have been very good at it over the years.

I hope they can make them both testify...at least against each other. For themselves, they can always take the 5th I guess.
