I think they need someone else there to take the lead and get the housing project started. To me he sounds like he's full of, well its Sunday to I'll say full of Doo Doo.

I saw a video about this on YouTube. The one homeless Veteran told the interviewer that they "Didn't like the rules that the VA had" to live on the campus.

People foolishly think the homeless problems is easy to fix and that they are a bunch of people that fell on hard times. It is so much more than that such as the person that did not like the rules.

While they're veterans, I'm not sure the VA is the agency to be dealing with homelessness.
