WEF - wants to weaken the US global sphere of influence in order to take over as a global governing body of self appointed billionaires. These sort of organizations like the GFI are created in order to undermine the constitution and the US in general - GFI attacks the legal domain from very targeted areas.

Warburg left government in 1934, having come to oppose certain policies of the New Deal.
