We are in the midst of an invasion on the southern border, and it is being coordinated by our own government. While the public is distracted by Ukraine and inflation, there is a hostile takeover happening and we are being flooded with stupidity like the Twitter deal, the disinformation crapola, and the Disney fantasy. Wake up! We could use Patrick Henry about now.

CMSgt Marcus Falleaf A succinct and accurate encapsulation of our present posture. You can't help but notice that the left continues to re shape the country amongst the swirl of all these manufactured crisis. Much like quail hunting, suddenly there's a burst of multiple confusing targets. You must be continually alert and proactive. Lt Col Charlie Brown

That's for sure CMSgt Marcus Falleaf!
That invasion has been slowly developing for a very long time. We were concerned in the 70s about border infiltration - and no doubt there was concern prior to that. It's a little more difficult at the Canadian border. And it has been going on at the Bering Strait probably for longer than some of us have been alive.

Thanks for the excellent, inspiring article. It would be a memorable to be present at a recreation of that debate - certainly invigorating. Maybe it is annual . . .
The title reminds me of something Stokely Carmichael said way back in 67 at a symposium (paraphrasing): A revolution does not end. It only fails when we (referring to everyone) stop fighting for the reasons we started fighting.
He got his point across: we need to be vigilant - freedom ain't free. We always need to work at keeping it - or lose it.
