Twitter must have the same ''agreement to use" as most social media sites, including RP.
Violate that agreement and you get bounced.

Without a doubt. The beef is, are those applied evenly? Time will tell. Maybe.

I'm wondering, with the change of ownership, who's going to be responsible if judgement is for the plaintiff.

Assuming it gets that far, likely Twitter has insurance or accruals. The real excitement, if you will, is Interagatory #2 where it asks for names of decision makers. Likely some attnys on RP who could opine (for every two, you get at least three opinions) :-)) :-)) Could set up some civil cases. From listening to Berensen on various media, he's not hit on a dollar resolution. More to open windows for cleansing sunshine. Which could set a precedent for FB. YouTube and other "public square" sites. Good on him! Our elected wastrels are too tired from galas and cocktail circuits. MSG Stan Hutchison
