SFC (Join to see) Am I missing something? Are there not U S Laws with explicit details detailing immigration rules which Federal Immigration Employees swear to enforce? Is anyone in charge of anything?

It doesn't seem that we can expect our elected officials to abide by our laws CSM. It is truly a sad day for the United States when our officials "have the option" of enforcing our laws "if they want to". In my book anyone who doesn't enforce our laws should be in jail.

You are correct, economics is not justification for asylum. But, it doesn’t matter, anyone can get into the open border.

Yes they are. Immigrants don't illegally cross the border, that's the difference between then.
