WTH - I thought barracks were free.....certainly don't remember being charged to stay there involuntarily. somebody needs to get their Congressman involved. CDR (Join to see)

First, I will state the top leadership at Key West SHOULD be involved with finding a solution. Are there weekly apartment rentals there? Is it legal to house the sailors in the MWR rentals? If yes, that can be a viable option. I have stayed in rentals like that, and they always had two bedrooms, living rooms, and kitchen.
