As I have been know to say during verbal counselings…I can’t even think of a stupid ass reason we ended up here

I wouldn't even try motorboating with my wife as I am reasonbly sure a good ass kicking would be in order for me. How does a senior officer even think he's going to get away with this type of thing........and then he does with a 120 day confinement to keep his retirement intact. That's way to gentle on a dirt bag. If he was my daughters commander and he tried this with her, he would get his ass handed to him pronto.

SFC Jim Ruether if I ever saw anyone do this to any soldier I would assume the risk of defending that soldier with all tools at my disposal
