Maybe they voted no because putting more money into a federal program that failed in the first place doesn't fix the problem.... I would argue that if the 28 million was actually going to help resolve the problem we have today, more would have voted yes. Perhaps they are sick of giving more money and power to federal government offices while the people continue in to suffer... I personally would give money out of my pocket if I thought it would help my friends and neighbors feed thier children... this bill does not do that..

However, this is just my opinion...

Or they don't care about born children and only advocate for the unborn because the "unborn" have no expectations of them and can't hold them accountable.

SFC (Join to see) this bill and my comment have absolutely nothing to do with abortion or the federal courts ruling... I would argue that the almost unanimous passing of the recent bill expanding government assistance programs as it relates to baby formula would argue they do intact care about all people, to include born children...
