People have testified Sussman said at the start of the meeting with the FBI he was there on his own, yet he Billed the DNC for the meeting from what I understand.

In addition, it was revealed just before the trial, that Sussman sent a text message to the FBI stating that he had information and that he did not represent anyone, prior to the meeting with Baker.

What is notable at this time, is Marc Elias, another Clinton Attorney, testified under oath during the trial.
Among his statements was he said the Clinton campaign was kept informed throughout their attempt to create a "Russian Collusion" suspicion between the Trump organization and the Russian government. He also stated the Clinton organization wasn't aware that Sussman contacted the FBI even though Hillary tweeted about the "Russian Collusion" days later.
It will be interesting if it can be proved he lied under oath about this and other things

It would be so refreshing to get some kind of conviction in the Clinton camp after thousands of hours of testimony. These FBI agents too are not above the law either.
