Guard Officer Allowed to Retire with Benefits After 'Motorboating' Subordinate

Our UCMJ is a joke. An enlisted SM would have received a harsher penalty.

PO1 Tony Holland what a real DUFUS... someone of his rank & years of service should have better judgement. I don't think his offense warrants taking his retirement. His family would bear the brunt of his idiotic action. As you stated... Good Riddance!
