I have tried to research this and not found much.. But have to wonder if the dropped chargers are due to Williams having actually shot HIMSELF, not the officer directly, "the gun discharged and struck Williams in the groin before exiting his thigh and hitting the officer" Perhaps NY law does not allow the charge that was initially set on Williams.

But even so, on probation for having a gun (in NY no less) has a gun again, resists arrest, and assaults an officer causing injury. Family court does catch and release

As we used to say back in the day: How many times do we let a guy step on his dick before we boot him out?

What, has to more to the story or we are in dead $hit if this is so brother Bernie. I guess I'm wrong, don't anything to justify throwing out the case. BLM will be happy.

We must be getting old brother Michael. I have trouble understanding how elected officials, law enforcement, and judges can believe not enforcing laws against violent offenders will somehow solve the criminal/violence problems in our society. It actually does just the opposite.

But He's a good kid, he loves his mama and he goes to church on Sunday at the Rev Al Sharpton's church so he can't possibly be guilt...wait...what....Why did he have a gun? Oh well, that gun was placed there by the anti-rap Illuminati that shot TuPac....
He shot a cop...he needs to go to prison until he goes to the cemetery.
