10th Mountain Commander Says Leaders Need to Leave Soldiers Alone After Hours

Found this interesting. As a Senior NCO, I've become heavily reliable on messaging. I do limit off duty messaging to one message on the last non-duty day for first duty day guidance. Also, if it will make Soldiers wait at the end of a duty day for information then I release according to Company guidance.
