Top gun Maverick should bring a bunch new recruits and maybe they have a sign up bonus as well?
Back in 2010, they gave me a $10,000 retention bonus if I didn't leave as a civil Affairs Captain because many of them were leaving in droves because of the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. I couldn't say no to that and I stayed until December 31st, 2021
