Post about 6 Jan and we get "what about the riots?'
Post about pursuing charges against Trump, and we get "what about Hillary?"

It appears some on the right cannot address one issue at a time. They have to resort to their "whatabouts."

It *would have been* political for DOJ to pursue Hillary, despite bona fide evidence of multiple crimes, but it would be political to *not* pursue Trump.

Got it.

I ain't got a dog in the fight. I don't support either of them. I think both of them are liars, frauds, and cheats. But let's play same/same here. Sauce for the goose is good for the gander. Either it is political to pursue or it is not. For both.

SFC Casey O'Mally - and yet the DOJ had never prosecuted anyone based on similar facts... from your own proof...

Capt Gregory Prickett I don't really think they HAD a case with similar facts, previously. With 30,000 e-mails that were negligently destroyed - and were conveniently omitted from the initial turnover. With thousands of work e-mails deleted intentionally and erroneously, because they were "personal." And with the sheer SCOPE and magnitude of classified in question.

Comey completely and totally ignores the "gross negligence" portion of the felony when explaining comparison to previous prosecutions? Why? I believe it is because the FBI had never before encountered negligence that gross. Anyone previously mishandling THAT much classified was OBVIOUSLY doing so intentionally.

Regardless of whether they HAD prosecuted before, the evidence was clearly presented. There was evidence galore. There was proof of crimes. Previous lack of will to prosecute does not negate current lack of will to prosecute.

So, I say again. There was evidence to prosecute. There was not will. You can put as much lipstick on it you want. It's still a pig.

And, going back to my original point, I don't really care whether she was prosecuted. All I am saying is that if NOT prosecuting Donnie is political, then not prosecuting Hillary was, too.
