This sounds reasonable. Did you ever realize most successful companies aren't unionized? Unions were needed in the old days before courts would protect workers, but I question in my mind if they are needed today.

Why do you think they passed all those spending bills totaling 5.7 trillion, look at how much went back to unions etc.
