One: Shakespeare was surely a man before his time. Two: Having been around a lot of young people--and their parents--over 27 years in the classroom, this article has a "doomsday" feel to it. In my experience (and humble opinion) parenting in general is not a strong suite in our society. Add the current and emerging temptations, distractions and agenda-driven misinformation to which our youth are constantly being subjected, it is hard not to conclude that we are a nation in decline.

Yep, and males particularly exhibit a false sense of invincibility. And the earlier the drug initiation the higher the risk of profound and persisting addiction. The peak age range is 18 to 26.
