There is no question. His ability to be the top executive in the world is not there. And (unfortunately) is declining on an almost daily basis. In reality, he never was an executive. He was always a Democrat attack dog. He has always believed and done whatever he was told to do in public, while conniving with family members to enrich themselves. This is mostly the reason he is having so much trouble with diplomacy. He is beholden to so many, he can’t make decisions for the American people, when so many others have paid so much more than America ever paid him and his family. And he is not the only Federal Politician playing that game. But he is presently the Top Executive.
So what happens to CEO’s And CFO’s when their performance is not up to standard, to those they represent?

He never was an executive, manager, or even a supervisor. He's always just been a very mean selfish man. It's that simple.

For self evident reasons, hate to put a calendar age test to most things. But certainly, mental and physical acuity are considerations.

There can be competency tests. Example: I am for us older folks getting tested every year to drive.
