Everyone has the right to self-defense, but CRIMINALS aren't defending themselves when they shoot you for your wallet. Spoken like a true public defender - not at all interested in upholding the law, morality, guilt or innocence, search for or finding the truth - only interested in winning your case.

MAJ Montgomery Granger - As a rookie police officer, I worked a call where a drug dealer was physically beaten and robbed. After being knocked to the ground and in danger of being kicked to death, the 5'6" criminal drew a .357 revolver and put 2 rounds in the chest of the 6'4" strong-arm robber. Should the drug dealer victim have been prosecuted for murder when he defended himself?
It seems as if you are "not at all interested in upholding the law, morality, guilt or innocence, search for or finding the truth", just posting smug, self-serving BS that supports an ultra-right wing agenda.
Someone can be a criminal and still be entitled to defend themselves. This isn't a binary, criminal or not criminal equation. It's a sliding scale with a lot of grey in it.
