Amazing how the asteroid can be described from only a few details.
It did sound like they Buckyballs being describes. Then they actually stated the origin was probably Buckminsterfullerenes and/or the other carbon hydrogen molecule. It is said that Buckyballs come from space, not being native to earth although they have been created in lab conditions.
