Put both in jail and throw the key away. Quit deporting them as they just keep coming back illegally.

I'm more of a deport at least one time... If you keep coming back, we will place you in jail, and any other crimes committed upon your capture will invoke the maximum allowable sentence, on top of your repeated illegal entry into the US.
