I think he has found the right location. The Reclass tag puts it in front of members looking to reclassify, so that's probably the most appropriate place to have this post. The only other tags that would help would be adding any specific specialties that the USACE wants to target for reclassification into 12P. The OP only has spots for two more tags though.
