Khashoggi was an American citizen. That is reason enough.

I can understand your thinking. To my thinking: Whenever someone intervenes in international intrigue and is a member of a terrorist organization, they do so at their own peril. MHO

I find this amusing and sad: His uncle Adnan Khashoggi was a noted global arms dealer implicated in the Reagan administration’s Iran-Contra scandal.

Saudi Arabia has been polite by not releasing audio and video tapes of the meetings. US tapes and transcripts of the meeting are already in secure safe keeping with State, DOJ, etc., etc.. Press Agent, I mean Publicist, I mean Secretary to provide context (sic) at a date TBD. US attendees waiting until they have left the administration and will then cash out with their recollections (sic) in a book deal and expert commentary gig on MSNBC.

It's a sad world when Saudi Arabia shows more tack than us.
