Deeply sad that regular folks don't grasp that we have medical boards that license MDs and pharmacists for good reason. Yes there are individual and corporate bad actors in all sectors; and regulatory bureaucracy can be a slow walk. But setting oneself up as a "practitioner" without the basic education, training and license is abhorrent.
