Citing recruiting woes, Army will shed up to 28,000 troops in next year

The Army listed some of the reasons except: deserting our allies and watching many of them die, investigating any service members if they have a “Don’t Tread on Me” sticker on their car, low pay, current US Foreign policy of sucking up to our enemies to give us more oil, there are many more.
