The question it raises is how many more cases like this have been going on to protect illegals from deportation? This wasn't and never was a story about draconian abortion laws as Democrats, including Joe Biden, promoted. This is about protecting illegals from deportation from incredible crimes going on in a way that can only come of illegal migrants pouring over the border without any vetting whatsoever.

“OHIO, USA — A man accused of impregnating a 10-year-old Columbus girl who then traveled to Indiana for an abortion has been indicted by a Franklin County grand jury.
According to court records, 27-year-old Gerson Fuentes is facing two felony counts of rape.
Fuentes was arrested on July 12 following an investigation that began back on June 22.
A detective with the Columbus Division of Police testified during Fuentes’ initial arraignment that they received a report from Franklin County Children Services from a parent who said her daughter, who was 9 years old at the time, was raped and became pregnant.
The detective added that the victim underwent a medical abortion in Indianapolis on June 30. A document from the Indiana Department of Health says she was 10 at the time of the abortion.”

Tucker never called the 10 year old a liar! Tucker said the news report was not being forthright about certain points about the crime. Yes, the Abortion Doctor was trying to conceal the crime because of the girls age and also being an illegal immigrant. There is no denying that the doctor was concealing information by refusing to notify the Police! A third party revealed it to the news but not the Police! The Police came into the picture after the " Abortion Activist" used the story to play the "pity game that a young girl who was pregnant had to cross state lines to get the abortion! " Tucker Carlson was questioning the MOTIVE of the activist! Why was the activist only concerned about ABORTION RIGHTS but not the issue that the girl was raped, underage or an illegal ? Tucker raised the question as to whether the story was real or not since the Police had not been involved from the VERY BEGINNING ..hence placing the story as questionable!
But there was a lot more to the story that THE LEFTIST NEWS refused to report which Tucker was questioning who was actually doing the lying. HE WAS NOT CALLING THE 10 YEAR OLD GIRL A LIAR. You moron! He was raising the question as to WHO was lying or trying to mislead the story. The girl was actually part of the sex trafficking operation and became pregnant. So do you honestly believe the family is going to be forthright in revealing the circumstances as to HOW and WHY the 10 year old was pregnant in the first place???? The Doctor was under obligation to report the girl was 1. Underage, 2. Illegal Immigrant, 3. Was Raped. Think for a moment. Did the little girl drive herself across state lines to the Doctor? The 10 year could not speak any English so who did the translating? Was the information translated intentionally misleading? The Doctor refused to follow any of these required laws. Since the doctor refused to follow the laws placed into doubt as to whether the family was giving misleading information, or the 3rd party activist was giving misleading information or who? Was it the news as to whether or not the story was INTENTIONALLY misleading. THAT IS WHAT TUCKER CARLSON WAS PLACING INTO QUESTION Think: If this 10 YEAR OLD girl had been raped then why didn't the family report it to the Police? Since the Police was left out of this equation from the beginning is what brought the suspicion of MOTIVE. Why was it more important to the Abortion Activist to play the story about Abortion Rights over the crime having been committed? Get it?

So if he’s saying the story isn’t true … that the story is a lie …. Then logically the person/rape victim telling their story would have to be considered a liar also, therefore logically …. Tucker called the 10 year old a liar.
