The question is HOW LONG will that take given the backlog. How will things like the Camp Lejeune lawsuit do? What about those with < 10% (i.e., 0% SCD). I have known veterans with a 0% have their SCD and access to the VA denied trying to upgrade their % disability. The rules are often Catch-22 in nature! Just saying...............

BIG smaller government, lower taxes guy here, but in our Democratic Republic, we don't all get everything we want. So, and everyone's exposure is different, if the net net is positive, seems like a positive to me.
