I'm for this - not all specialties require the same cookie cutter solutions. Understand your domain and be great within it.

Good idea but it must be coupled with height and weight standards and they need to account for the fact that a significant number of guardians will be working within highly secure zones/SCIFs. This means the devices they’re allowed to use will be limited.
