SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth The only way I could walk a tightrope is if it is laying on the ground. Growing up we used to walk the rail road tracks seeing how many lengths of track we could walk without stepping off. Of course, that was when they had jointed rain before they started welding them together like they have today on the mainlines. Many short lines still use jointed rain due to the cost of welding them together.
