Are the Covid-19 immunization and drugs actually safe?

After vaccinating millions or billions of people across the globe, it has been evidenced that many vaccinated people contracted the virus. Many were treated with Remdesivir, which is a controversial drug. The J&J vaccine was reported to cause a side effect of blood clots in the brain. A slew of vaccinated people across continents now believe that Covid-19 was a political plot to make pharmaceutical companies and medical accessories manufacturers rich. Can this be true?

Can it be true? Yes. Is it true? I have no idea. Let's give it another decade to 3 decades to see if the ads hit the late night shows: "If you had a Covid vaccine between 2020 and 202x you may be entitled to...".
