Did Biden Sell Millions of Barrels of Oil to China?

I've had a copy of last week's Epoch Times sitting in the middle of my desk, and my mind took all week to finally acknowledge the headline "US Sold Nearly 6 Million Barrels of Oil Reserves to China." Of course, I wouldn't dare share the link to the story in the Epoch Times. Some here on RP would suffer a fit of apoplexy. So here, go read Snopes dancing around the story (and ultimately admitting its truth - but, of course, it doesn't really matter - not to them). The Strategic Reserves are intended for emergencies in wartime and natural disasters. I suppose my next stop will be to Wikipedia where I'll discover that President Biden's plummeting approval ratings qualify as a "natural disaster." Will we survive another two years? Will the idiots vote again for more of the destruction of America?
