I am not disagreeing that it doesn't help Griner that she is a "celebrity". I also think the difference is Audrey Lorber had 19 grams (.6 or so oz) of cannabis flower on her. About enough to roll 40 joints is what they say, but those would be some skinny joints. Griner had vape pens which usually come labeled as 1 or half grams. It takes about an ounce of flower to make a gram of oil for the pens. If Griner had 1 pen she would be in possession of an oz or so already. If you look at the photos it looks like she may have had 20 or so pens since they come in 10 pack boxes. Technically she was in possession of a pound plus of cannabis flower (16oz to lb), at least that is how lawyers look at it from what I understand.
