Safety standdowns are nothing new but with this aircraft they deserve attention. Heck when I was in the B-1 we couldnt participate in Desert Stotm because the fleet was grounded. Production of the CV- 22 was delayed and nearly stopped during its development so as it ages its realistic to assume issues will emerge, and be dealt with.
