This type of behavior is still condoned, which is shame. Thos is one of the reasons we still have a dividing of citizens in our country. I read where reclining was prominent on more affluent neighborhoods to exclude minorities, this behavior was some what exclusive in not granting loans towards African Americans this even practices on those who served our nation during WW2 who were assisted by the VA Home Loan Program.Race unfortunately still remains a topic of concern in exhibiting positive behaviors among everyone as equals.

A 300k disparity isn't a matter of having different evaluators. How appraisers do comps is well known if you care to find out. It is pretty obvious what happened here.
