Pure bull crap, so a teacher with 10 plus years of experience can be laid off just because of their color yet the green horn teacher who might suck gets to keep their job, I don't see how this will pass when some one sues and takes this to court.

Be careful of the doctors you go to. I just read an article where medical colleges have left merit admissions and have lowered their standards to admit minority, that is nonwhite and nonAsian people, regardless of their qualifications. The silliness, some would say the most dangerous part of this is they can't even say they are only doing it for minorities anymore, they are doing it for portions of minorities.
