It didn't have to happen if our local and state government leaders didn't allow the lawlessness to happen. All people lose their rights when they riot, burn, and kill. That goes for the January 6th Croud also.

Let's separate the issues into what they actually were; attempts at peaceful protest against a perceived injustice and, a bunch of street criminals taking advantage of those protest. I just spent 30 minutes trying to find an actual link between Stephan Cannon, the hood that killed that man, and BLM. I found no link. He simply took advantage of the situation, as most hoodlums do.
