Oregon Safeway shooter Ethan Blair Miller wrote disturbing manifesto planning ‘national tragedy’

Former classmates of Miller “uniformly described him as violent, aggressive, and ‘the person from our class most likely to be a school shooter,'” Oregon Public Broadcasting news editor Ryan Haas tweeted.
The manifesto showed Miller “needed some significant help with depression and anger issues. Mental health care long before it got the point it did Sunday may have helped. He also stated he bought an AR in July. Not great if accurate,” Haas tweeted.
One former classmate, Isaac Thomas, confirmed that Miller had previously been a cart pusher at the Safeway he shot up.
The usual suspect.

We should be always cautious and recognize when we observe bizarre behaviors. Usually. Zthe behaviors in a bad ending for someone or thing.

We need an assault weapon ban now, maybe even the 2nd amendment should be changed is the tune we will hear from many and ignore the fact so many of these shootings are young males 18-22. No way can we get the weapons off the streets but we can change how we are raising our young males and explore the problem why so many lead to violence. A huge problem is so many males are no longer raised to be men.

MAJ Byron Oyler The assault weapons ban didn't work when they tried it under Clinton, why would it work now? And if someone isn't worried about the consequences for killing people, why would they worry about the consequences of having a rifle?
And you do understand that the vast majority of shootings occur with handguns, right? Why ban assault rifles when they make up a small amount of shootings?
