While his father had suggested Elon Musk take diet pills, he decided instead to try intermittent fasting and found it very helpful. Musk, 50, said that he is “over 20 lbs down from my (unhealthy) peak weight,” [in July] and that the occasional fasting has contributed to his recent dieting success and feeling better.
