I did see a Vulcan Bomber come to the El Toro Marine Base Air show in the late 1970s. You have also seen this bomber used in the beginning plot of the James Bond Movie Thunderball.
I am sure many of you who served in Europe saw these Nuclear Bombers all the time.
This bomber had turbine failure. 2 crew members jumped out and 2 crew members ejected.

One was restored and still flying until a few years ago.
