One judge gives a thumbs up to the search another gives a thumbs up to a review -- that's the law in 'Murica for ya

A Trump appointed judge backed by the "Federalist Society" made a completely partisan injunction in favor of the person that appointed her that will delay assessment of damage to national security ... and the Trumpanistas somehow think this is a good thing? Apparently even national security comes second to their devotion to their orange idol. But then I doubt they ever cared much about the defense of the country anyway.

Good thing the ruling will not survive appeal.

And the judge who signed the warrant was cool with it even though he had recused himself from another Trump case over "impartiality concerns." He was impartial this time?
The hate of Orange Man Bad is deep.

Good thing this investigation will go about as far as the Russian collusion investigation.

Sgt (Join to see) - What was there to be impartial about in this case? What we know:

- Donald Trump had highly classified material in an unsecure location.
- The National Archives attempted for over a year to secure said materials through less intrusive means including requests, subpoenas, and direct correspondence
- Trumps lawyer's signed statements attesting that all classified materials had been returned (they hadn't)
- The materials were never "declassified" through proper channels. Had they been, all materials would be subject to a FOIA request. They are not.
- Even if they had been declassified, which they were not, they do not become Trump's private property. The documents still belong to the U.S. government.

I understand your fawning devotion to the orange man runs deep, but this is a pretty clear cut case. What worries me more than the classified documents that were found are all the classified documents that are still not accounted for and who Donald may have passed them to for money or other benefits.

Tell you what though. Do you want to put some money on how far this investigation will go and if it will result in either an indictment or dismissal? Say $1000? I know a couple of P2P betting sites that will take the action.
