Many military families who use independent or community pharmacies soon will have to find an alternative source for their prescription medication needs. Approximately 15,000 community pharmacies will leave the TRICARE retail pharmacy network on Oct. 24. Nearly 400,000 beneficiaries, or roughly 4% of the TRICARE-eligible population, will be affected by the change. Impacted beneficiaries will receive a letter from Express Scripts with a list of alternative in-network pharmacies. Walgreens and CVS remain in-network, as do many grocery store pharmacies and smaller chains.

Lt Col Charlie Brown Hmmm, page not found. Members affected could just have their prescriptions shipped from a V.A. facility I would think. That's what I do.

Just click on the link not the "Picture" the link works. Not everyone gets their healthcare at the VA or is close to one.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - I might be wrong on this so correct me anyone but even if you don't go to the V.A. can't they send the prescription to a VA facility and have it filled at the closest one?
