Joe Biden, who claims to be a “devout” practicing Catholic, has come in the crossfire yet again for misstating the Church’s teaching on abortion. He made the flub while at a fundraiser in New York City. “I’m talking about no exceptions — rape, incest — no exceptions, regardless of age,” Biden said, adding, “My generic point — and I happen to be a practicing Roman Catholic — my church doesn’t even make that argument now.” That was a lie.
