The courts need to get this settled quick. All this is is Biden's attempt to buy more votes for the Democrats for the upcoming midterms. And every time the White House is asked about it, they avoid the fact that it's unconstitutional, just saying "it's gonna help a bunch of people."

Biden declared the pandemic over, so his ability to cancel students loans has no legal standing under the HEROES act. I doubt he even had that power in the first place.
